Hypnotherapy is such an easy way to change patterns of thought or behaviours that limit your every day happiness.
So if you feel trapped by something and find yourself saying, if only…..I could stop smoking or over eating, or if only I wasn’t frightened of this or that, hypnotherapy is often the key to your freedom. It’s very easy and normally people find there is a rapid transformation within four to six sessions.
Sometimes we are chained to events or circumstances that occurred in our past and these memories influence our present in a negative way.
Hypnotherapy deals with the here and now, so we can talk about your past as little or as much as you feel comfortable with, or not at all.
We can’t change past events, but we can change how those memories affect your current feelings, thinking and behaviour.
Caroline will teach you self-hypnosis which will give you the control you need to put you firmly in the driving seat .
She will also help you to make the most of your body’s ability to self heal.
Caroline is a clinical and medical hypnotherapist and particularly skilled in reducing stress and anxiety. She has helped, people recovering from trauma and to cope with serious illnesses.

Hope you are keeping well and I hope you don’t mind me emailing you as I wanted to let you know how I got on after my final operation 4 weeks ago.
Well, it was so great to use some of the techniques that you showed me and before I was brought down to surgery I just practised some 7/11 breathing and then listened to the last recording you gave to me. When I was actually brought down to surgery my blood pressure was perfect and I was at total ease with what was going on – I felt really in control and relaxed.
I came around from the operation feeling absolutely fine (in fact hungry!) and I was discharged within 48 hours – bearing in mind I had a 5 day hospital stay planned! The Consultant was really pleased when he came to see me the next day he said I looked really healthy and relaxed .
Since then I’ve been really good and exercising and walking as normal, the incision has now started to go white and has all but nearly disappeared! I feel great.
I’ve got a full body scan next week so wish me luck .
